Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation we require our guest to give 48 hours notice  for all reschedules or cancellations. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours will be charged $50 cancellation fee. Clients who cancel day of service will be charged 50% of their service fee. Cancellation fees are not added to future appointments. 

 Things come up and we know your human! Our cancellation policy will be enforced at the discretion of your stylist . These policies are industry standard and are to protect stylist time and business as well as allowing other clients at an appointment if possible.
