What to Expect

Arriving at the Salon
Your hair journey starts now! You'll receive a text the day before your appointment to confirm and see all the details you need! The day of your appointment you will pull up to My Salon Suites building, we've got tons of free parking! Upon your arrival inside the lobby you will see a intercom box where you can call directly to my suite (303). I will welcome you at the front door and show you to my chair! You can relax in my suite knowing i disinfect between each guest, so the space is ready for you to settle in and make yourself at home. I schedule my guest one at a time so you will have my undivided attention.
The Consultation
I'll kindly introduce you to the space to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Then we will sit down for a 15 minute consultation, here we'll discuss not only the details of your first visit, but also find a plan that will compliment your hair goals and lifestyle. We can take a look at some inspiration photos so i can get a clear idea of the things you love and don't love. After I'll walk you through whats obtainable, our game plan, future services, the level of maintenance involved in the look you desire, and lastly how to care for you new look at home! I have WIFI, delicious beverages, water, snacks, phone chargers and more to keep you comfortable. We can even trade playlists over my speaker or feel free to bring a book, tv show or work laptop. Your time in my chair is yours!
Saying Goodbye
We'll finish the service by styling your hair to your liking and of course a mini photoshoot. Your ready to turn heads for a night out (or target run)! I will give you at home recommendations and we will set you up for your next visit. If you post a selfie showing off your new hair tag me! If your in love, leave a review! When you share me with your friends I'll show my appreciation and reward you with a $25 referral bonus. Most importantly, I will follow up and answer any questions!
